This
switch enables or disables the Seal In circuit
Eliminates motor run

Selector Switch
In the on position, we use an optical coupler to sense the motor
current and seal in the circuit until a tap
change is made, then it samples
the voltage with no motor load and, if satisfied stops. If not yet in
band
will sample voltage for 1.5 seconds and take another step and continue
sampling the input voltage
between steps for 1.5 seconds until it is in
band.
In the off
position, the Seal In Circuit is disabled
